A service voucher is a check purchased by an individual to remunerate one hour of work performed by a worker at their home.
Buying Service Vouchers: costs and benefits
- The maximum number of Service Vouchers you can order per year and per person is 500 (1000 per household).
- The price of a service voucher amounts to €10,40 for the first 175 ordered per person (or €10 for the first 350 ordered per family).
- The price increases to €11,40 when purchasing the 176th to 400th service voucher for individual users, or for the 351st to 800th service voucher for families.
- You benefit from a tax deduction on your service vouchers.
- A service provided by a DaHome housekeeper costs you only €9,36*/hour (for the purchase of the first 150 service vouchers in Wallonia).

What is the role of Pluxee?
To benefit from service vouchers, it is necessary to register for free with the company Pluxee, which manages this service at the national level.
How long per day?
Each service must last a minimum of 3 hours.
At DaHome, our housekeepers sign a real employment contract with all legal benefits (pension, paid leave, health and accident insurance, holiday allowance, unemployment benefits, etc.).
You must register with the company Pluxee to use the Service Vouchers system. This registration is free and will allow you to purchase Service Vouchers.
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation and your access codes to the secure Sodexo website.
Keep them safe as you will need them to purchase your Service Vouchers. Your registration and user number are used to personalize your Service Vouchers and also to send you your tax certificate.
You must order a minimum of 10 Service Vouchers, but you can also order 12, 23, 37, etc. Follow the instructions on www.wallonie-titres-services.be .
Your service vouchers are added to your electronic wallet or will be delivered by mail within 10 days after receipt of payment.

How do Service Vouchers work?
Your consultant enters the data regarding the services provided by your service voucher housekeeper on a secure extranet that you just have to confirm afterward.

- via a free mobile application that allows you to manage your Service Vouchers from your smartphone or tablet: Service Vouchers by Pluxee. With this application, you can check your balance, validate your services, manage your wallet, etc. Convenient, isn’t it ?
How to switch to electronic Service vouchers? It’s very simple!
- Inform your DaHome JobCenter
- Go to your secure space
- Click on “Details” and “Edit data”
- Change the medium by clicking on “electronic”, and validate.
For each hour worked, you complete a Service Voucher legibly, in black or dark blue, and sign it. You also specify the effective date of the service and the type of activity performed (check box).
Attention: if you opt for paper Service Vouchers, you are responsible for delivering the voucher. Therefore, you must ensure that it is delivered to your DaHome JobCenter managing your file within the week of your housekeeper’s service.
