Emergency or reporting a dangerous situation?
In case of an emergency or if you need to report a dangerous situation, we are here to assist you quickly and effectively!

When should you contact us?
Urgent situations:
- A work accident
- Intimidation or inappropriate behavior from the client
- Unable to access the client’s home
Examples of dangerous situations that must be reported immediately:
- Mold in a room
- Unsafe or missing work materials
- Prohibited cleaning products
- Unsanitary condition of the house
- Poor condition of the home
- Discrimination, aggression, bullying, or inappropriate behavior
- Issues with the client’s pets
- Cleaning windows using a ladder
- Smoking in the home while you are present
- Ergonomic issues:

- Lifting heavy furniture (+10 kg)
- Moving a double mattress alone
- No possibility to do some seated work during a 4-hour shift
- The client refuses to let you wear safety shoes
