• Unable to access the client’s home

Examples of dangerous situations that must be reported immediately: 

• Mold in a room
• Unsafe or missing work materials
• Prohibited cleaning products
• Unsanitary condition of the house
• Poor condition of the home
• Discrimination, aggression, bullying, or inappropriate behavior
• Issues with the client’s pets
• Cleaning windows using a ladder
• Smoking in the home while you are present
• Ergonomic issues:

• • Lifting heavy furniture (+10 kg)
  • Moving a double mattress alone
  • No possibility to do some seated work during a 4-hour shift
  • The client refuses to let you wear safety shoes
