A service voucher is a check purchased by an individual to remunerate one hour of work performed by a worker at their home.

What is the role of Pluxee?
- To benefit from Service Vouchers, it is necessary to register for free with the company Pluxee, which manages this service at the national level.
How much time per day?
- Each service must last a minimum of 3 hours.
At DaHome , our housekeepers sign a real employment contract with all legal benefits (pension, paid leave, health and accident insurance, holiday pay, unemployment benefits, …).
You must register with the company Pluxee to use the Service Vouchers system. This registration is free and will allow you to purchase Service Vouchers.
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation and your access codes to the secure Pluxee website.
Keep them safe as you will need them to purchase your Service Vouchers. Your registration and user number are used to personalize your Service Vouchers and also to send you your tax certificate.
You must order a minimum of 10 Service Vouchers, but you can also order 12, 23, 37, etc. Follow the instructions on https://dienstencheques.vlaanderen.be/
Your service vouchers are added to your electronic wallet or will be delivered by mail within 10 days after receipt of payment.

How do Service Vouchers work?
We encode the data concerning the services provided by your household helper on a secure extranet, which you simply need to confirm afterward.
For easy management of your electronic Service Vouchers, you have two options:
- Through your secure Service Vouchers account
- Via a free mobile application that allows you to manage your service vouchers from your smartphone or tablet: Service Vouchers by Pluxee. With this application, you can check your balance, validate your services, manage your portfolio, and more. Convenient, right?
How to switch to electronic Service Vouchers? It’s very simple!
- Inform your DaHome JobCenter
- Go to your secure Service Vouchers account
- Click on “Details” and “Modify Data“
- Change the medium by clicking on “electronic” and confirm.
For each hour of service provided, you fill out a Service Vouchers clearly in black or dark blue and sign it. You also indicate the effective date of the service and the type of activity performed (check the box).
Note : if you opt for paper Service Vouchers, you are responsible for delivering the voucher. Therefore, you must ensure that it is delivered to your DaHome JobCenter managing your file within one week of your household helper’s service.
