1. Why this subscription?
DaHome is a reliable and professional player in the service voucher sector. Due to external factors such as higher wage costs, rising operating expenses, and others, like many other players in the sector, we are compelled to charge administrative fees in the form of a subscription. This subscription system helps ensure the financial health of our service voucher company and also guarantees the quality of our service provision:
- Training of housekeepers.
- Hiring and providing housekeepers according to your needs.
- Management of scheduling (changes and replacements).
- Management of customer absences because we are committed to always providing work to our housekeepers.
- Continuous innovation of our services, such as real-time text notifications in the event of unexpected absence of your housekeeper.
2. Do other service voucher companies also charge additional fees?
Yes, most companies do charge additional fees, some of which can amount to €2 per hour. At DaHome, the amount is €14.99 per month. It is a monthly subscription with billing occurring quarterly.

4. How often is the subscription charged per year?
At the beginning of each quarter, you will receive a request to pay the administrative fee for the quarter. You will receive this request through our partner POM. This system is fast and easy. If you become a customer in the middle of the quarter, you will receive a bill for €14.99 per month for the month following the first cleaning service, until the end of that quarter. At the start of the next quarter, you will receive the request to pay for the upcoming quarter.
5. What if I don’t pay the subscription?
If you do not pay the subscription, you will initially receive reminders. If there is still no response to the request after these reminders, DaHome has the option to suspend the services.
6. Where can I go for questions about the commercial agreement and/or general terms and conditions?
You can contact your JobCenter directly. The new general terms and conditions for 2024 are available on our website.
7. Is the subscription refunded when the household helper is absent?
No. When your housekeeper is absent, we do our utmost to provide a replacement housekeeper.
8. How can I pay the subscription fee?
The administrative fee will be invoiced via the POM system. You will receive a payment request and have the choice of several payment options:
• Scan the QR code: quick, secure, and efficient
• Via direct debit
9. How will I receive the payment request?
By default, you will receive the payment request via email: quick and eco-friendly!
If there is no possibility to receive the payment request via email, you will receive it by mail or text message.
10. Is the subscription tax-deductible?
The subscription is not tax-deductible, but the tax benefit on service vouchers still applies. Click here for more information.
11. I have an issue with my invoice, where can I go for assistance?
All inquiries related to the billing of the subscription are handled by our Finance department. Your JobCenter cannot assist you with questions regarding your invoice.
